‘’ Please can I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, with regards to fire safety door inspections at your organisation.
• How many fire safety doors are there in total across all trust buildings?
• What was the date of your most recent fire safety door inspection?
• How many/what percentage (whichever is easier) of your fire safety doors failed this inspection?
• How regularly do you carry out fire safety door inspections? i.e. annually, monthly, etc.
• If available, what is the main reason for any failures during your most recent fire safety door inspection?
I should prefer to receive this information in electronic format at this email address, however, I am happy to receive them by post if that is more convenient.
