I have been given your details to make a FOI request as follows by National records as they don't hold the information (copy below)

Can I make a FOI request for the figures for all deaths, from suicide or any other causes of deaths of anyone under the care of Adult Protection Services, and HSCP at the time of death and what was the recorded cause of death.

I am looking into the failure of support for patients, in particular autistic adults but not only this area of people who were being cared for by adult protection, social services, and HSCP, in particular Aberdeenshire and Angus
