I have been chasing up a refund for months which CTM says I am not entitled to. The NHS test and protect(I believe this is the department) told me I did not need to buy tests as I had already bought tests for returning to the UK and the relevant notes were left on my record on the NHS system. I recieved the call during my quarantine period when I returned from abroad and I am looking for the information that was logged during the call so I can use it as evidence. I will need it in such a format that it is an official document so CTM won't dismiss it.
