I am a journalist for the Scottish Daily Mail looking to write an article about the number of medical procedures that require spousal/husband/partner consent in Scotland. I would like to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. How many medical procedures in Scotland still require husband/spousal consent for adults?
2. I would like a list of names of these procedures.
