I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following data:
The funding provided for each of the financial years from 2000/01 through to 2020/21 to the following NHS services:
• Sandyford Gender Identity Service (adult service)
• Young People’s Gender Service at Sandyford Gender Identity Service
• The Chalmers Centre Gender Identity Clinic
• Highland Gender Identity Service
• The Grampian Gender Identity Clinic
If the cost of providing the entirety of this request exceeds the limit set out in the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am happy for you to provide this data for a smaller set of financial years (e.g. 2010/11 – 2020/21).
If possible, I would like for this data to be provided as a .xls file.
