“Please provide details of communication where Public Health Scotland communicated with West Dunbartonshire ADP/HSCP to say that experiential data collected by West Dunbartonshire ADP/HSCP as part of the implementation of the MAT Standards was not of a quality required and these were returned to West Dunbartonshire ADP/HSCP. Please also provide clarity whether/when Public Health Scotland asked for these surveys to be redone. Please indicate when these communications occurred since October 202. I would be grateful if this information is provided in accordance with timescales outlined in legislation.”
