“I would like to request that the following information is supplied to me under the Freedom of Information Act; the number of prescriptions (forms and items) generated by the prescribers in Linlithgow Health Centre in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022? [AND]
Can you also provide the number of prescriptions (forms and items) for each of these years that were then dispensed in the Right Medicine Pharmacy located in Winchburgh?”
