Request
1) Please disclose preferably by PDF a copy of any relevant communications received from the UKHSA after cases of acute hepatitis started arising in children in the UK last year and that predate the study by the MRC-University of Glasgow Centre for Virus Research and the Royal Hospital for Children.
"Relevant" communications are ones that only exist because the hepatitis situation arose, in other words I've put my request this way intended to remove a technical interpretation of this request. This technical interpretation, without confining it to relevant communications, would have been the start date of the request is the time immediately after the cases started arising and the end date is the time immediately before the study started being done and therefore the request would have covered absolutely any communications received by PHS from the UKHSA during that time period including ones that had nothing to do with the hepatitis cases or the studies into them. The request therefore isn't seeking literally any communications regardless of subject from the UKHSA during that time, instead it is relevant ones, ones that are there because those cases arose or started to arise, and therefore have some relevance to, or touch upon, that situation and what was being communicated between the two health agencies (PHS and UKHSA) that has arisen because of it.”
