1.“Please provide a list of the bodies represented on the Incident Management
Team which led the investigation into the E-coli outbreak in East Lothian in August 2022.”
2.“How many exclusion orders (requiring people to stay at home subject to
testing and Health Protection Team clearance) were issued, and how many people tested positive?”
3.“Please provide a copy of the findings and outcomes of the investigation
into the outbreak, including any reports or other such documentation.”
4.“Did the IMT (a) investigate, (b) discuss or (c) identify any link between the outbreak and the e-coli recorded at beaches in summer 2022 (for example, that reported in August here)?”
5.“What discussions has Public Health Scotland had with the Scottish
Government regarding this outbreak? Please provide a copy of all correspondence and details of any meetings.”
