discontinue the use of this Sotrovimab in the treatment of patients with COVID 19 e.g. GSK (drug manufacturer) or MHRA or NHS?”

3.“Provide the information that states how many patients have received

Sotrovimab to date in the UK?”

4.“Provide the information that states how many patients, who received

Sotrovimab, were subsequently hospitalised within a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6+ month period following the receipt of the drug.”

5.“Provide the information that states how many patients, who received

Sotrovimab, subsequently died within a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6+ month period following the receipt of the drug.”

6.“Provide information that states how many medical practitioners have raised

concerns about the safety of Sotrovimab. [AND]

Provide the details of any safety concerns that have been raised in relation
