Under the Freedom of Information Act (2000), I request the following information on the Urgent Care Services commonly known as Out of Hours Service (OOHS) and the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at St Andrews Community Hospital (STACH), St Andrews, Fife and to outpatient clinics and other clinical services based in the same:
- Dates of any meetings with the OOHS and MIU at STACH on the agenda or at which the same were discussed between 17 March 2020 (when the FHSCP indicated they could no longer respond to the OOHS requests for information) and July 2023.
- Documents relating to the OOHS and MIU at STACH including minutes and agendas between March 2020 and July 2023.
- Emails relating to the OOHS and MIU at STACH between March 2020 and July 2023.
- Details of changes have been made to OOHS and MIU since 2018 and the consequences of such changes.
- Dates of any meetings with any clinical services at STACH on the agenda or at which the same were discussed between March 2020 and July 2023.
- Documents relating to any of the clinical services at STACH including minutes and agendas between March 2020 and July 2023.
- Emails relating to any clinical services at STACH between March 2020 and July 2023.
- Details of changes have been made to clinical services since 2018 and the consequences of such changes.
