‘’Deaths from infectious diseases have soared. I would expect PHS would have conducted an investigation into these deaths.

I would like a copy of this investigation, and any correspondence related to this investigation.

If you look into this and find that there is no record of an investigation into these deaths then issue a response that the information is not held.

NRS only record statistics. Other government agencies interpret these statistics. PHS is responsible for monitoring infectious diseases so this information should be held.’’
