“• In respect of the GP workforce survey; please describe the method taken to avoid duplication of counting GPs. For example, where GPs are registered to more than one health board
- In relation to the GP workforce survey, the caveats for the data state: Relating to 2022 WTE: No data was received for number of sessions held for Salaried GPs or Retainer GPs. For these designations, data from 2019 was imputed into this survey to create the final estimates. Please see Appendix 2 in the report for more information. The appendix states While examining the data, the analysis team found a significant data deficit for the salaried and retainer GP cohort where no data was received for the number of sessions or hours worked – have you taken any steps to avoid a reoccurrence of this?
- Do you have intelligence around the length of time it takes a respondent to complete the survey (on behalf of a practice) in full or without errors?”
