Request

“1) The different types of operations that are undertaken per year in Scotland under the Paediatric Surgery teams in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh children’s hospitals.

2) Number of each type of operation.

As the COVID-19 pandemic was likely to significantly affect the number of elective operations being undertaken I was hoping to get the data for the past 5 years (2017-2022) to be able to compare the numbers from prior to COVID-19 pandemic.”
