“Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, can this public health body reveal the number of deaths in Scotland related to chainsaw accidents and incidents (e.g. fatalities related being assaulted with chainsaws)?

 If so, can the data be broken down to include age range and gender as well as location of the deceased at the time of these deaths?”
