“Please can you provide, for each financial year from 2019/20 to 2022/23 (inclusive):

 

1. the number of primary eye examinations, for people aged below 60
2. the number of primary eye examinations, for people aged 60 and over with a digital photograph
3. the number of primary eye examinations, for people aged 60 and over without a digital photograph
4. the number of supplementary eye examinations with a reason code of 2.5 (anterior eye condition without dilation), where refraction took place
5. the number of supplementary eye examinations with a reason code of 2.5 (anterior eye condition without dilation), where refraction did not take place
6. the number of supplementary eye examinations with a reason code of 4.5 (anterior eye condition with dilation), where refraction took place
7. the number of supplementary eye examinations with a reason code of 4.5 (anterior eye condition with dilation), where refraction did not take place
8. the number of supplementary eye examinations with a reason code of 2.8 (unscheduled appointment without dilation), where refraction took place
