Under FOI regs, please provide the following:

1. Number of deaths amongst those children for both measles and whooping cough.

2. (A) Number of measles victims who had received measles vaccine vs number who hadn't. (B) Ditto whooping cough.

3. (A) Number of measles victims who had received ANY vaccine at any time vs number who hadn't. (B) Ditto whooping cough.
