Please provide the following information regarding NHS patients in Scotland:

1. Annually, from 2010 to present, broken down by specific type of cancer (e.g. basal cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer):
a. Mean average, median, and 90th percentile time between urgent referral with suspicion of cancer and starting treatment
b. Mean average, median, and 90th percentile time between decision to treat and starting treatment
c. Total number of patients
d. Number of patients who received:
i. Chemotherapy
ii. Radiotherapy
iii. Immunotherapy
iv. Surgery
v. Other treatments
e. Proportion of patients who opted against starting treatment after diagnosis
f. Proportion of patients who chose to stop treatment after starting it
g. 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, 24-month, and 5-year survival rates*

For 1a and 1b, please use the same eligibility criteria for patients as used in the regular cancer waiting times release. Please explain in the response to this FOI exactly what these eligibility criteria are, and how many patients (gross number and proportion) fall outside of them each year

*Obviously some of these I expect not to be available for more recent years. If you do not have data on survival rates at these intervals, please provide information based on the survival rate intervals you do record.
