Description

Systems-based approaches are increasingly being used when responding to complex public health issues such as reducing inactivity and increasing population levels of physical activity. A systems-based approach involves applying systems thinking, methods and practice to better understand public health challenges and identify collective actions. This report provides a pragmatic systems-based approach to physical activity that can be applied strategically at a national and local level.
