Description
Since the move to a monthly publishing, a number of data issues relating to the consistency of recording and interpretation of the recording guidelines have been identified. PHS has taken steps to address these issues by conducting a review and consultation of the existing data definitions manual. This paper describes the approach taken, the outcome of that work and the impact of these changes.
