Description
This Care Assurance and Improvement Resource (CAIR) measure captures the percentage of patients receiving mental health nursing care and treatment who have a documented person-centred care plan which:
- evidences patient involvement
- details individualised goals, or provides evidence that these are under development
- is related to their assessed needs
This is an all-or-nothing measure. Care plans must have all three components of the above definition to be compliant
