Description
This case study summarises the delivery of a six-month employability programme delivered by NHS Lanarkshire, PHS and Routes to Work to support individuals aged 25 years and over who are furthest from the labour market into good-quality, sustainable work, education or volunteering opportunities. Overall, the programme was a success as reported through feedback from participants and managers.
