This dashboard was created following user consultation, and presents a summarised version of the NHS Stop Smoking Services (Scotland) information relating to quarterly performance against the Local Delivery Plan (LDP) Standard, in order to provide a visualisation of the statistics. We welcome any feedback, or suggestions for future development of the dashboard; please email phs.smokingcessation@phs.scot.
Source data
The data included in this dashboard are sourced from the minimum dataset extracted from the national Smoking Cessation database on 2 August 2021. Data trends start from 2014/15 which is the earliest year for which we have 12-week follow-up data. All data for Q1 to Q4, 2020/21 was extracted on 2 August 2021.
Updating
This dashboard was first published in August 2018 and figures are due to be updated and refreshed quarterly. The date for the next release of this publication (Financial Year 2021/22 – Quarter 1 data) will be January 2022.
