This plan supports our work to inform national health protection preparedness work.
It has been developed working in partnership with local health board Health Protection Teams and laboratories, with NSS, local authorities, the Scottish Government and other partners.
It describes the essential activities of a modern national respiratory surveillance function in Scotland.
It explains how national and local teams will collaborate to deliver an effective and efficient service.
