Abstract
Findings from the Scottish Doctors Wellbeing study will be presented and discussed. This study developed evidence-based interventions to support doctors’ wellbeing and resilience for transitions during and beyond COVID-19. Lessons learned from this session will be relevant to individuals, teams, organisations and policy makers interested in supporting the healthcare workforce.
