Abstract

Abstract Lighthouse laboratories [high-throughput facilities dedicated to COVID-19]. Documentation ECOSS is a database that holds surveillance data on various microorganisms (e.g. influenza virus, coronavirus) and infections reported from NHS diagnostic and reference laboratories and Pillar 2 facilities/Lighthouse laboratories [high-throughput facilities dedicated to COVID-19 viral Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) testing for the National Testing Programme]. Data on laboratory results for all SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR tests carried out in Scotland are being collated by ECOSS and can be linked to other data sources.
