Procurement strategy
- Corporate information
The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 requires any public organisation that has an estimated annual regulated spend of £5 million or more (excluding VAT) to develop and review a procurement strategy annually before the start of the next financial year.
The strategy sets out the strategic direction for all of Public Health Scotland procurement activity for the next three years, and helps to demonstrate that we fulfil our statutory duties for regulated procurements, namely those over £50,000 (excluding VAT) for goods and services, or £2,000,000 (excluding VAT) for a public works contract.
Annual procurement report
This report reviews Public Health Scotland’s purchasing activities for the last financial year. It records our performance against the aims set out in our procurement strategy.
