“Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request the following information for the period from 1 April 2020 to the date this request is processed, broken down by financial year where possible:
- The number of patients removed from elective treatment or surgery waiting lists because they were recorded as unavailable for treatment.
- The number of patients removed from gynaecology waiting lists because they were recorded as unavailable for treatment.”
