According to National Records of Scotland as of week 35-2022 99.998% of the Scottish population did not die with COVID-19 noted as an underlying cause of death. According to Public Health Scotland data (as of 4th Sept 2022) ICU admissions in Scotland for COVID-19 (28 days or less) were 5.
1- Does Public Health Scotland agree that Scotland is still under a health emergency caused by COVID-19 as of 12/09/22 ?
If yes.
2 -On what information does Public Health Scotland base it's decision making process in relation to Scotland currently being under a public health emergnecy as of 12/09/22 in relation to COVID-19 ?
3-What would be the metric/s used to declare that COVID-19 is no longer a public health emergency for Scotland ?
