“Please treat this as a formal request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
I am seeking access to information held by Public Health Scotland concerning communications and engagement with the Scottish Dental Association (SDA), available at https://thescottishdentalassociation.co.uk, covering the period from 1 July 2020 to the present.
Specifically, I am requesting:
1.Copies of any emails, letters, or other correspondence between Public Health Scotland and representatives of the SDA during the timeframe noted.
2.Documents, consultation responses, meeting notes, internal memos, or strategy papers that reference the SDA’s contribution, feedback, or representation in relation to:
ooral health promotion and public-facing campaigns,
odental service delivery or planning, or
oCOVID-19 recovery efforts relevant to dental services in Scotland.
To clarify:
- This request concerns policy-level, professional engagement records only.
- I am not seeking any patient-identifiable data or personal health information.
- Where personal data is present, I am happy to accept redacted versions to ensure full compliance with data protection legislation.
