Abstract

This presentation provides an overview of some findings from the "Long COVID in Health Workers" (LOCH) project. The presentation looks in particular at the theme of resilience, applying a sociological persepctive to this traditionally psychological concept. The presentation concludes with key learnings for structuring workplace support for NHS workers suffering from Long COVID.
