Abstract

Analyses Scotland's public health law before, during and after the COVID pandemic, including the shortcomings of the pre-pandemic legislation, and whether the responses in the Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Act 2022 adhere to the "all hazards" approach of the World Health Organization.
