Abstract

COVID-19 has impacted almost every industry, including the banking
sector. The current study reviews Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) agility from the entrepreneurial team concept using the ambidexterity and strategic agility approaches by emphasising the crises due to COVID-19. Using closed-ended questionnaires from the Lloyd Banking Group, UK employees' a snowball sampling technique will be used to determine the participants. In addition, a quantitative research method will be employed to analyse the results, and statistical techniques like Regression and ANOVA will be used.
