Abstract
The case (in the ‘urgent hearings list’ on 14th July 2021) concerned the proposed withdrawal of life-sustaining treatment from a lady in her mid-fifties (AH) who, having suffered severe neurological complications of COVID-19, may lack the capacity to make her own treatment decisions.
