About PST
The PST is an effective and widely used tool for considering what works well within a place.
It identifies priorities for improvement and guides partners and communities to agree solutions.
It can be used at any time when people want to discuss the future of a place.
There are 14 simple questions including physical, social, cultural and economic aspects of a place.
The process can be undertaken by:
- communities
- professionals
- individuals
- groups
It structures conversations on key issues and provides a graphic summary output and rich qualitative data.
