Reporting on two waiting times standards used to measure how long patients have waited for their first cancer treatment: performance against the 62-day and 31-day waiting time standard​

The aim of this work was to capture real-world evidence from Scotland on the use of maintenance poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitor (PARPi) Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) of adult patients with advanced high-grade epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer, following completion of first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. The Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) requested this work which describes current SACT use in this population. This work will assist SMC members when considering submissions for rucaparib (SMC2799).
