Description
This Care Assurance and Improvement Resource (CAIR) measure captures the percentage compliance with Maternity Early Warning Score chart escalation pathway.
Charts are compliant when there is evidence that escalation was not required, or escalation was required and there was evidence it was carried out appropriately and at the first trigger.
