National survey of healthcare and frontline social care workers on winter 2023 vaccination programme

Public Health Scotland conducted an online survey in February and March 2024 to evaluate the Winter 2023 flu and COVID-19 vaccination programme. The survey was co-produced with Health Boards and aimed to gather feedback from health and frontline social care staff on their attitudes towards the vaccines, their experiences of the vaccination programme, and their suggestions for future service improvements. The report includes findings and recommendations to inform national and local improvements to future staff vaccination programmes.
