COVID-19 in a shattered health system: case of Libya

Abstract
The first case of COVID-19 was identified in Wuhan city, China in December 2019. Since then, it has been ravaging many countries across the globe, including African countries. Libya is one of the countries that was affected by the crisis. As of 21st December 2020, there were a cumulative total of 95 708 cases and a total of 1385 deaths
