Abstract

This release by Public Health Scotland (PHS) provides data relating to laboratory diagnoses of COVID-19 with associated whole genome sequence results to identify variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Information on testing sources and demographics of the sampled population are provided to give contextual information, and results compared to findings from global data to provide additional insights.
