Abstract

This publication comprises two reports. The first report presents a summary of three strands of work undertaken by Public Health Scotland (PHS) to support workshops involving Scottish Government with universities and other stakeholders to enable the safe return of students at the start of second term. The second report describes the experience of students who self-isolated due to COVID-19 while living in term-time accomodation. It is based on interviews with students and looks at their experience of self-isolation in terms of the communication they received, their access to practical support and their suggestions for change going forward.
