Public Health Scotland is looking for a new Chief Executive to join the organisation following the retirement of our current Chief Executive, Angela Leitch.

Angela has provided exceptional leadership and steered the new body through an extraordinary first few years; successfully bringing together three legacy organisations, whilst leading the national public health response to a global pandemic.

We are now seeking a new dynamic leader who will drive innovative partnerships and fully contribute to the strategic management of Public Health Scotland together with our Board.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in continuing to secure collaboration and partnerships with organisations across the system, working to improve health outcomes for people and communities and to drive forward our ambitious, strategic plans.

If you are an experienced leader with demonstrable record of impactful partnership working and improving outcomes, please take the opportunity to find out more and get in touch.
