PHS Opening Statement at UK COVID-19 Public Inquiry

The UK Covid-19 Inquiry began hearing evidence for its first investigation into the UK’s preparedness and resilience for a pandemic on Tuesday 13 June 2023.
Counsel representing Public Health Scotland (PHS) made an opening statement on 14 June 2023 confirming that PHS is committed to supporting and assisting the Inquiry.
