This year’s Annual Review will take place on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at PHS offices in Gyle Square, Edinburgh.

An NHS Annual Review is the formal event where NHS boards are publicly held to account by Scottish Ministers.  It will be an opportunity to review achievements and challenges over the year and outline future plans.

Public Health Scotland’s Annual Review will be co-chaired by Jenni Minto MSP, the Minister for Public Health and Women’s Health and Councillor Paul Kelly, COSLA spokesperson for Health and Social Care.

Members of the public are invited to get involved by either attending the public session in person between 11:15am and 12:15pm or submitting a question in advance.

If you would like to attend in person, please register here by Friday 4th October at 1pm.

If you would like to submit a question in advance, please email phs.planningandperformance@phs.scot, ensuring ‘Question for Annual Review’ is in the subject heading. Questions must be received by 1pm on Friday 4th October 2024. The co-chairs will ask a selection of submitted questions during the session, with questions and answers published on our website after the event.

Please note the public session will be recorded and made available to watch on our website after the event.
