About this release

This report by Public Health Scotland (PHS) describes laboratory-confirmed cases of pertussis in Scotland for 2024 and trends in confirmed cases of pertussis over the last ten years. Please note that due to the downward trend in pertussis cases, this report will be the final monthly report.

Please note that updated prenatal pertussis vaccination uptake are available on the Public Health Scotland - Vaccination Surveillance Dashboard.
